iPages Compared to Wordpress
The iPages Professional solution is hard to achieve through Wordpress as the stock control and reporting functions are not available on the Wordpress platform.

Magento Community could be used to create this type of website. Community is open source and therefore free to download. If you are non-technical, you shall likely require a Magento Developer (c£80/hour+) to build your shop with all necessary customisations/features.
