Is there a cost for every email I send?

No. The price above is per month and can provide excellent value to your organisation.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that the eCampaigner isn’t the best marketing tool for your business, simply cancel your account.

How long are your contracts?

All eCampaigner plans are month to month and you will be billed separately to your iPages website. 

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

How often should you send emails from your eCommerce website?

As frequently as you wish however, the frequency could impact the effectiveness of your marketing. It's important that you understand your target customer base and the optimal cycle for them.

Can I design my eCampaigns myself?

Yes. You may wish for us to help with your initial account setup and building you a branded template. However, you are able to login, build and test your emails yourself. There is a Drag & Drop eCampaign builder and you can create recurring templates for yourself too. 

Can I send multiple eCampaigns within a month?

Yes. As long as you are within the limit of the recipients, you can send multiple eCampaigns within one month. 

What types of eCampaign can I send?

You can choose what types of eCampaign you send and there are a variety of templates if you'd like to create different looks for different segments, brands or stages of a customer journey. 

How does the eCampaign link to my iPages website?

At the point of setup, we link your mailing lists in iPages to the iPages eCampaigner. This keeps your lists updated, regardless if people unsubscribe or subscribe from iPages or in response to your email. 

iPages then retains and updates these linked mailing lists and using Automated Workflows keeps them up to date and current. 

 

What is required to setup an account? 

We shall require details of an authenticated sending domain (this helps with spam filters) and shall help you link your mailing lists from iPages. We shall also need to know what templates you would like to be setup and managed.
